We had a really neat store FAQ with cross-linked questions and lots of pretty pictures.
Unfortunately, a database corruption has crept in and our store FAQ will not display on our page regardless of what we try.
We have temporarily re-created our shop FAQ which is accessible using the 'shop-FAQ' link along the top menu bar of our online store. It may also be accessed here.
It's not pretty and some sections we were not able to copy and paste from the original FAQ. We do, however, feel that it is a critical component on the store so have ported across what we could.
Fear not! - We are working on an alternative FAQ provider to Wix.
Despite having held a premium subscription with Wix for a few years now, they have decided they are not going to support their own branded FAQ application. We are livid as you can imagine, so are now on the lookout for another provider for our main static site at http://idealdrapemakers.com.au
We don't feel that having to create two identical tickets and waiting nearly a week for even an acknowledgement is an adequate level of support for our business. - Let alone being told that they would no longer support our Wix FAQ application which we have invested many countless hours building and refining over time.

Our apologies for the temporary outage but the PayPal payment gateway issue that affecting not only our store but all stores using 'authorise-only' at checkout using our platform has been fixed. Our PayPal payment gateway is temporarily unavailable. It's an issue the whoosy-wats-it and the thingy-bop between the store and PayPal and is affecting stores using our platform.
